Sala Syrup (710ml) by Hales Blue Boy
Hales blue boy is a range of sweet concentrates used to create several Thai sweet drinks. Really it's Hale's Blue Boy Brand Sala Syrup", but you'll often hear Thai people call it 'Helbruboy' for short. When mixed with soda it makes a cream soda like drink, but it can be used for many other sweet drinks such as Thai Pink Milk and more!
Ingredients: Sugar 66%, Water 33.44%, Sala Flavour 0.5%, Preservative: Sodium Benzoate (E211), Acidity: Citric Acid (E330), Carmoisine (E122) 0.06%
Direction: Mix 1 part of concentrate to 13 parts of water
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
